VAE-V1608 Redispersible emulsion powder
Redispersible polymer powder made of polymer emulsion by spray drying process.During the manufacturing process, the auxiliaries of internal and external additive,protective colloid,anti-caking agent are indispensable.After drying,the powder will be a kind of spherical particles which was wrapped by inorganic anti-hard structure.When the powder soluble in water,it will form the stable dispersion that is slightly larger than the original latex particles,then drying and forming-film.In the mortar system,when the protective colloid is absorbed,the Film-forming polymer resin distribution in the whole system as reinforcing material,it can improve the performance of mortar in several ways.

Storage considerations
The product is recommended to follow the principle of first in, first out. It is recommended to store in the original packaging in a dry and clean environment and away from heat sources. This product is easy to absorb water, and its packaging bag uses specific materials to prevent water from entering, but if it is not stored in a dry environment, its own water content may increase.
Safety precautions
According to the EU legal provisions on dangerous goods, dust formation and accumulation should be avoided. Scattered products should be cleaned in a dry state. Contact with water will cause conjunctival reaction, which makes cleaning difficult.
